 * QA: stop using the bindnow-flags function ... simply drop it from your ebuild

I didn't test how it behaves without it, but that's what the QA message says.
Please not that some (not all) other packages experience breakages without it,
like bug 210837.

Thank you for report. Seems that Timo already fixed this warning in ~cups-1.3.6. If not, reopen, please.
