created the svn version of scribus.
this new version uses cmake.
what I didn't check carefully is if this scribus version depends *only* on cairo and if media-libs/podofo is required for pdf writing.
Added the tk tkinter support as suggested in bugreport 186255.

tested only on x86 rightnow
