sys-libs/glibc-2.6.1.ebuild
Patch version has recently been bumped from 1.1 to 1.2 in this ebuild without revision bump. However the respective patchset archive is not present in the repositories. Ninjas should kick the file into its place.

The ebuild has a hard-coded URL to a patchset hosted on http://dev.gentoo.org/~azarah/. Shouldn't every path be checked and files send to distfiles when an ebuild is marked as stable ? Or the developper account checked for used files before deletion ?

there is no such hardcoded path.  read the whole ebuild.
