I don't use KDE, just GNOME, but I love the Krusader file manager, so I want to use it in GNOME. If you open a samba-share in Krusader, you will get an error "smb:// protocol not supported" even if the 'samba' use flag is set. 

Krusader is missing a dependency to kde-base/kdebase-kioslaves to work with samba shares. It is hard to find which kdebase package is needed for samba, I propose to enhance the Krusader USE flags with 'samba', which pulls in kdebase-koslaves as a dependency.

I think this will help the GNOME users like me.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install GNOME
2. Don't install KDE
3. Install Krusader
4. Run Krusader in GNOME and try to connect with a samba share

Actual Results:  
Krusader complains an error: "smb protocol not supported"

Expected Results:  
SMB working with kdebase-kioslaves installed.

Not quite. A samba use flag doesn't make a lot of sense, since kde-base/kdebase-kioslaves itself needs to be built with samba use flag set, Portage still doesn't provide any use dependency support and this isn't quite a build time dependency, so using the built_with_use() hack would be inappropriate. I revised the post install information.
