libft must be compiled with -fPIC in order to link against it on AMD64. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Emerge flow-tools-0.68-r5
2.emerge Cflow


Actual Results:  
Cflow.pm cant be build

Expected Results:  
Cflow pm should be build

Once again, there's absolutely no requirement to build static libs as PIC; it shouldn't use the static lib but a shared one.
