Changes:
1) resolves the issue of printing the first package as the header
2) allows genlop -u for listing only unmerges without listing merged packages.

A 'genlop -l' with app-portage/genlop-0.30.8-r1 starts like this: * dev-db/sqlite Fri Jan 11 14:38:44 2008 >>> dev-db/sqlite-3.4.1 Fri Jan 11 23:25:23 2008 >>> dev-libs/libpcre-7.4 [...] I don't think the 'heading' (* dev-db/sqlite in this case) is appropriate for the --list mode. Reproducible: Always
