no matter what USE flags I am using xemacs doeesn't want to compile

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.su
2.emerge xemacs
3.USE="pop dnd" emerge xemacs

Actual Results:  
emerge stops with an error message

Expected Results:  
compile successfully

the output of the command as root: emerge xemacs

do not open with emacs/xemacs but just run: 

more xemacs-fails-build.log 

in some terminal for better output
