Bug 211353 – net-misc/icaclient-10.6-r2 does not install browser plugin

Compared to 10.6 version ebuild is missing the following line:

dosym /opt/ICAClient/npica.so /usr/$(get_libdir)/nsbrowser/plugins/npica.so

Reproducible: Always

Fixed in -r3, thanks for noting.  I removed the line accidentally when fixing another bug.
