I was using totem-2.20.3 to stream music from an internet radio station. Then I ejected my cd drive from the ultrabay, which caused totem to stop playing music and displaying the following error:

"An error occurred

The playback of this movie requires a Audio CD source plugin which is not installed."

I was playing the following .m3u file:

please add emerge --info. I guess this is not a gentoo specific bug though, you'd have to try with 2.22 and then report it upstream.

Gnome 2.22 has been stable for a little while now. Please provide the information requested by Gilles in comment #1. Please don't hesitate to reopen this bug if the issue is still there in more recent versions of gstreamer and/or totem.
