Then, better wait until any other package needs kdelibs:4 for including it gtk-engines-qt is badly broken (firefox, thunderbird and audacious) won't either start, or exit with it. i'd suggest closing this as wontfix. It's bug #277726. Long as that's open, there's no point in including the broken engine in emul- pkgs.
