* Distribute local copy of SQLAlchemy 0.3.11 (Griffith 0.10 which will work with SQLAlchemy 0.4.x is not ready yet)

Copying over the 0.9.5 ebuild works but as mentioned in the changes, sqlalchemy is now included into griffith so maybe the sqlalchemy dependency in the ebuild should be dropped.

Having a local copy of a "librariy" in it is a bad idea, so it should still use the external one.

Accepting the currently bundled SQLAlchemy since it's temporary.
Version bump done.
