Using gentoo-basic-x86-1.4_rc4.iso with an 8139 network chip I'm getting

eth0: too much work at interrupt, IntrStatus=0x0040.

This appears while doing the installation, but it doesn't seem to have any
adverse effects on the build. I believe that this is a known driver problem.

Could you please test one of the latest LiveCDs and reopen this bug 
if the problem persists?
