I've both KDE 4.0.1 and 3.5.8 installed. When using KDE 4, everything is fine, but when switching to KDE 3.5.8 I see "traces" of KDE 4 in many places, i.e. Konqueror icons partly come from KDE4, clicking an URL starts Konqeror 4 instead of 3, etc.

To solve this, I removed 44kdepaths-4.0 from /etc/env.d, did an env-update and logged out and back in again. KDE 3.5.x back to normal. With 44kdepaths-4.0 left in place, KDE 4 is first in every relevant ENV var (PATH, KDEDIRS, etc.).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install KDE 4 next to KDE 3.5
2. Login, starting KDE 3.5

Actual Results:  
See above.

Expected Results:  
Clean KDE 3.5.
