centericq 4.9.4 is out
I've just changed the ebuild name and it works as is

May be in line 3 of the ebuild 4.9.2 should be replaced by 4.9.4, otherwise, I was on the way submitting such an ebuild too :-)

I have added centericq-4.9.5 to portage.  Please let me know if you find any problems.  Included is small compile fix and added ssl USE variable support.
Also some comments for disabling specific protocols.
