To mention a few, these are:
e2fsprogs
transcode
proftpd

Please mask or fix.

Typical errors are duplicate definitions.

There's nothing to fix here about linux-headers, file separate bugs for affected ebuilds with errors, emerge --info etc... On that note e2fsprogs and transcode compiles perfectly fine here, not using proftpd.
