I just used echangelog and it added a changelog-entry with the date 14 Mai.
Well, Mai is german, it must be May.

echangelog should always be english, as we don't want any german/whatever
localized changelog-entries.

1. export LANG="de_DE", export LC_ALL="de_DE"
2. echangelog
