Description Franz Trischberger 2008-02-14 06:54:54 UTC
I#m currently playing with qt-4.4. This caused kde4 to fail compiling on several cases:
* no X Session Management enabled
* no Acessibility enabled
Both options are enabled in qt-gui when i build it. The problem seems to be that these options (-sm, -accessibility) also need to be passed to configure in qt-core.

I think the best would be to give qt-core some additional USE-Flags (e.g. X for the X Session Management).

I must say that caused by these kde4-bulding-problems i tried the current snapshot (20080213) with modified ebuilds, which first gave the same result concerning kde4-build. But i think that these changes also make kde4 compile with current preview.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge >x11-libs/qt-4.3
2. emerge >kde-base/kdebase-3.9

Actual Results:
kde4 (for me svn) fails: "khelpcenter/application no such member 'isSessionRestored'

Expected Results:
Make kde4 compile with splitted qt-4.4
