When I entered the data and clicked the Send button mail is not sent

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter the URL. click on the Compose button
2.Enter the data
3.Click on Send button

Actual Results:  
The mail is not sent.

Expected Results:  
The mail should be sent.
