VLC fails to emerge when glitz isn't installed and says /usr/lib/libglitz.la couldn't be found. After installing glitz it installs fine. So VLC depends on glitz, but glitz is not listed in the ebuilds depend variable.
I don't know which useflag toggles the dependency, though.
