I can't reproduce this here - are you using trunk svn or the 0.9.4 branch? (please test with the 0.9.4 branch of the madwifi drivers please) I use the 0.9.4 branch - and I've been using the 0.9.3.3 drivers and NM for ages without issue, so I am not quite sure what you mean.... Also, I don't use the madwifi useflag with wpa_supplicant. I *think* I'm seeing this too with rtl8180 card rather than madwifi. When I force re-association NM crashes. Used to work fine in networkmanager-0.6.5_p20070823. How do I produce the nice log like Vladimir Pouzanov to confirm whether or not this is the same issue? Can't really reproduce this one now, everything seems to be fine but I don't remember changing anything. I too seem to be suffering from this bug when connecting to the wireless network at work using WPA2 Enterprise/PEAP with MSCHAPv2 connecting with an IPW2200, reverting to the previous NM release fixes the problems.
