Bug 208621 – Gentoo Linux Installer - Couldn't download 'xterm-222.tgz'

I apologize for my bad english is so, I'm a frenchman.
These are my very first steps to Gentoo Linux (previously, I have a 20years experience in WinXP, from Win3.x !!)
I made a very full install CD, that is perfectly running : I can execute all of applications. But as I try to make a bootable disk, I got sucess only once when I selected no DHCP, no syslogger and no gnome. All the other tries (with one or all selects between DHCP, syslog-ng and x11/gnome) abort with always the same reason :
a file not found on http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles (or alternate URL)
For exemple, without DHCP and syslog-ng, but with Gnome, the zip231.tar.gz or xterm-222.tgz files are not found ... ?
and if I try to browse these URL, really they aren't.

So, I think that the Install/Generation script is not correct (because looking for nonexisting file), or maybe the right versions of the files are not installed in the URLfolders.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. from a 2007.0 x86 Gentoo LiveCD system (from a full install copy), launch the installer.
2. at the network step, choose DHCP : dhcpcd.????.??? will not be found 
3. if the network step selects an static IP adress, at the syslog step, choose syslog-ng, the error will occur soon after.
4. if not, when the application selection screen appears, choose x11-... and gnome to be installed. At 13-step of the process, the error will appear.
5. if no application are to be installed, the process will run to the end.
the disk system is bootable, Gentoo is running as well but without x-window environnement.
