As tsdgeos said on the blog linked in URL, oKular from trunk requires libspectre, for which I'm attaching an ebuild. On the comments on his blog, there is also one referring to patching oKular 4.0 to use system libspectre too, it might be worth checking that issue.

I've committed app-text/libspectre and applied the Fedora patches to oKular 4.0.1 in a non-public overlay. We'll mark this fixed when 4.0.1 has entered the tree..
