Newer Emacs versions need to m17n-flt library as (optional) dependency, which isn't supplied by version 1.3.4 currently in Portage.

Please bump to 1.5.0. Diff for the m17n-lib ebuild will follow.

This adds the internal-flt.h header file that is missing from the distfile, and includes the missing x11-libs/libSM dependency.

m17n-db-1.5.0 can use the unchanged ebuild from 1.3.4.

internal-flt.h is included in the 1.5.1 distfile now.
