Bug 208564 – kde4 requires qca2, kde3.5 requires qca1 while one qca blocks another

according to gentoo kde 4.0 documentation it shall be possible to
build (and have) kde 4.0 alongside with 3.5. However after following the doc, unmasking kde4.0 packages and trying emerge -uDp world i get:
[blocks B     ] <app-crypt/qca-1.0-r3 (is blocking app-crypt/qca-2.0.0-r2)
removing/blocking qca-1.0 makes the system complain its a dependency for kdenetwork-3.5.8 (afair)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmask kde4.0 ebuilds
2. emerge -uDp world
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge fails, complaining about blocking versions

Expected Results:  
well... it starts to compile? :)

Note the 'less than'-sign. Only versions older than 1.0-r3 are being blocked, so `emerge -1 app-crypt/qca:0` first to work around the block.
