when emerging xorg-x11 the first package to be downloaded is x11-misc/xkeyboard-config-1.1.tar.bz2. The following error is displayed:

I have tried other mirrors and still no joy...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xorg-x11
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
just run emerge xorg-x11

Expected Results:  
got the errors as described above

should have installed I would have thought... either developer did not generate ebuild correctly or someone has added something in that shouldn;'t be there.
