Seems to work for me too, across a few dozen machines. -A Any chance of getting this bumped? Still running 1.1.5 fine here. latest version is now 1.1.16... hey, even ubuntu has 1.1.15 in 8.04! :P Renaming the ebuild (to -1.1.15 or -1.1.16) works for me, too. Created attachment 161522 [details] updated ebuild for rdiff-backup 1.2.0 This new ebuild also addresses bug #220003 and it is an update the next stable version. Please put this into CVS This bug has been open for seven months. During its lifetime, it has been verified that renaming the ebuild consistently works through the 1.1 series, and a new working ebuild has been provided for the 1.2 series. However, rdiff-backup in Gentoo has seen no updates since 1.1.14. Why are new versions of rdiff-backup still being held back? Does rdiff-backup even have an active maintainer in Gentoo? In CVS. |
