The original zipfile : http://www.naturaldocs.org/download/version1.22.html has -rw-rw-rw- permissions for lots of the installed files, as well as the program file itself:

 -rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16086 Mar 14  2004 /usr/share/NaturalDocs/NaturalDocs.

The current Gentoo ebuild does nothing to prevent this dangerous installation.

To solve this bug, installed files permissions should be set correctly in the ebuild file.
