gnome-extra/gnome-keyring-manager-2.20.3 is released.

renaming seems to work for me.

As can be seen here:
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnome-keyring-manager/2.20/

there is no 2.20.3 release. If upstream tagged something in their svn repository and didn't release it, bug them. Thanks for your attention.
