app-laptop/acerhk-0.5.35 can't be compiled with linux kernel version 2.6.24 because 
*** CFLAGS was changed in "/var/tmp/portage/app-laptop/acerhk-0.5.35/work/acerhk-0.5.35/Makefile". Fix it to use EXTRA_CFLAGS.  Stop.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) install linux kernel version 2.6.24
2) emerge acerhk
Actual Results:  
Compilation fails

Expected Results:  
Successful installation

Proposed patch can be solution (at least works for me). I compiled software successfully, loaded module and now I can use my acer keys again.

Please do NOT resolve bugs that haven't been fixed in CVS.
