- dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra-2007
- dev-texlive/texlive-langfrench-2007

Plus (and this is the real point for this bug): picins.sty
This is a bit tricky since there's no license for this package.

It this is not obsolete I don't know what is. texlive-latexextra-2007 long gone
