as a resolution for bug #203513 net-misc/tightvnc was changed to block net-mics/xf4vnc, BUT they only conflict in terms of files installed if xf4vnc is merged with USE="vncviewer xvnc".

The DEPEND="!net-misc/xf4vnc" should be dependent on one at least of these use flags.
