There are many undefined references.
I have qtstalker 0.33 installed, this was working fine.

I can't reproduce.  What version of qt?

I have QT version 3.3.8-r4 and 4.3.2-r1 installed.
From the qtstalker dependency information, it seems that
=x11-libs/qt-3.3* is required. Cannot find anything wrong here.

Probably it tries to link against the old libqtstalker from /usr/lib64 (instead of the new one in ../lib).

Workaround: Unmerge old version first

unmerge and new emerge solves the problem, thank you.

I would not have closed this ticket because this is only a workaround. But it was your ticket...
