Bug 206983 – kdelibs-4.0.0 fails with accessibility message

Can't build kdelibs because of the following message:

"x11-libs/qt-4.4.0_rc1 does not actually support the accessibility USE flag!"

Neither kdelibs or qt have the accessibility USE flag available and is set "-accessibility" in my /etc/make.conf.  QT compiled fine and appears to be working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kde-base/kdelibs-4.0.0
2. 
3. Fails with error message

We need info why you didn't search Bugzilla. You would find Bug #206571.
