The patch/generic/000_all_coreutils-i18n.patch contains an error: the lines 535 and 536 need to be swapped for coreutils to build without wide char support... Otherwise the bracket is missing.

This was seen on alt/prefix on interix (where wide char support is broken (arg))

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. bootstrap prefix on interix.
2. while emerging coreutils, build error in cut.c: 1150 (case label not inside switch)
3.

Actual Results:  
build failure

Expected Results:  
no build failure
