Bug 206813 – net-www/netscape-flash-9.0.48-r1 crash when i open and close new tab in www-client/opera-9.25

When I play some flash animation (e.g. film from youtube.com), then pause it, open in new tab some web page with flash, and close that new tab, flash in first tab crash.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open www.youtube.com page and play some film
2.pause that film
3.open www.youtube.com once more in new tab
4.close that new tab
Actual Results:  
I tried to repeat it a few times, and flash always crashed. When I opened opera in Konsole i got:
$ opera
opera: Plug-in 27208 is not responding. It will be closed.
opera: Define environment variable OPERA_KEEP_BLOCKED_PLUGIN to keep blocked plug-ins.
opera: Plug-in 27266 is not responding. It will be closed.
opera: Define environment variable OPERA_KEEP_BLOCKED_PLUGIN to keep blocked plug-ins.

Defining OPERA_KEEP_BLOCKED_PLUGIN variable cause only not appearing that message, but flash keeps crashing.

Expected Results:  
Flash should have worked normally, as if I hadn't opened and closed any new tabs.

Please test with net-www/netscape-flash-9.0.115.0. If that doesn't work, not much we could do anyway.

According to http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=203822 net-www/netscape-flash-9.0.115.0 bug, version 9.0.115 doesn't work at all in my situation.

Shrug; try your luck upstream then (Opera/Adobe).
