Trying to install kdebase-4.0.  I noticed that qt-4.4.0_rc1 does not have the dbus USE flag but qt-dbus is installed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge autounmask
2. autounmask kde-base/kdebase-4.4.0
3. emerge kdebase

Actual Results:  
Dies with error:
