enigmail-0.95.6 depends on >=gnupg-2.0.8, and the only match for this is 2.0.8-r1, which is currently masked due to bug #204662. I did test 0.95.6 with gnupg-2.0.7 and it built, but caused thunderbird to hang. 0.95.5-r1 works properly as far as I have tested it.
