I got the following myself during make check (tests), while doc building itself passed. Marking it here for reference, as I can't investigate closer right now and these might be related (missing dtd stuff maybe?): Making check in da make[3]: Entering directory `/home/sda8/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3/work/gnome-games-2.20.3/gnobots2/help/da' make[3]: Nothing to be done for `check'. make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/sda8/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3/work/gnome-games-2.20.3/gnobots2/help/da' Making check in it make[3]: Entering directory `/home/sda8/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3/work/gnome-games-2.20.3/gnobots2/help/it' make[3]: Nothing to be done for `check'. make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/sda8/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3/work/gnome-games-2.20.3/gnobots2/help/it' make[3]: Entering directory `/home/sda8/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3/work/gnome-games-2.20.3/gnobots2/help' make[3]: Nothing to be done for `check-am'. make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/sda8/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3/work/gnome-games-2.20.3/gnobots2/help' xmllint --noout --dtdvalid 'http://scrollkeeper.sourceforge.net/dtds/scrollkeeper-omf-1.0/scrollkeeper-omf.dtd' gnobots2-C.omf xmllint --noout --noent --path de:./de --xinclude --postvalid ./de/gnobots2.xml ./de/gnobots2.xml:286: element para: validity error : Element keykap is not declared in para list of possible children ./de/gnobots2.xml:286: element keykap: validity error : No declaration for element keykap ./de/gnobots2.xml:308: element para: validity error : Element guimenuiten is not declared in para list of possible children ./de/gnobots2.xml:308: element guimenuiten: validity error : No declaration for element guimenuiten Document ./de/gnobots2.xml does not validate make[2]: *** [check-doc-docs] Error 3 make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... xmllint --noout --dtdvalid 'http://scrollkeeper.sourceforge.net/dtds/scrollkeeper-omf-1.0/scrollkeeper-omf.dtd' gnobots2-de.omf make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/sda8/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3/work/gnome-games-2.20.3/gnobots2/help' make[1]: *** [check-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/sda8/tmp/portage/gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3/work/gnome-games-2.20.3/gnobots2' make: *** [check-recursive] Error 1 * * ERROR: gnome-extra/gnome-games-2.20.3 failed. * Call stack: * ebuild.sh, line 46: Called src_test * environment, line 2944: Called die * The specific snippet of code: * Xemake check || diefunc "$FUNCNAME" "$LINENO" "$?"
