When emerge sys-apps/man-pages with nls USE enabled, it will pull in app-i18n/man-pages-zh_CN. After that, emerge --depclean will unmerge app-i18n/man-pages-zh_CN. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. USE=nls emerge -1 =sys-apps/man-pages-2.76 2. emerge --depclean Actual Results: >>> These are the packages that would be unmerged: app-i18n/man-pages-zh_CN selected: 1.5 protected: none omitted: none Expected Results: shouldn't do that when man-pages bumps, it will pull in man-pages-zh_CN again in vain
