Yeah what with this? Could you post some meaningful summary next time? pdf2djvu creates DjVu files from PDF files. It's able to extract: graphics, text layer, hyperlinks, document outline (bookmarks), and metadata. When I emerged pstreams, I got an error unpacking the tarball. For some reason, emerge fetched an html page instead of the tarball, so I manually downloaded the correct tarball. Then the compile exited saying it couldn't find "doxygen". So I added DEPENDS="app-doc/doxygen"; rebuilt digest; and finally emerged pstreams. When I emerged pstreams, I got an error unpacking the tarball. pstreams-0.6.0.ebuild
Here is a pstreams ebuild that doesn't require doxygen.
I had too change the dependency in the pdf2djvu ebuild from 'app-text/poppler' to 'dev-libs/poppler' to prevent conflicts. Otherwise pdf2djvu wanted to pull in poppler from the app-text branch which conflicted with the already installed poppler from the dev-libs branch. I am not sure if this is a bug in the pdf2djvu ebuild or something should be done on the poppler side. +*pdf2djvu-0.7.4 (23 Jun 2010) + + 23 Jun 2010; Samuli Suominen <ssuominen@gentoo.org> + +pdf2djvu-0.7.4.ebuild: + Initial commit wrt #205675 by Dmitry S.
