mozilla firefox 3.0 beta2 needs apng support
see bug 199787


checking for png_get_valid in -lpng... yes
checking for png_get_acTL in -lpng... no
configure: error: --with-system-png won't work because the system's libpng doesn't have APNG support

attached website has apng patches for libpng

added 1.2.23-r1 ebuild with new use flag for apng support. get patch from bug url

pretty much the same a 1.2.23-r1 but based off the 1.2.24 ebuild
