app-portage/himerge-0.15 hangs on ebuilds which require a license, like app-emulation/virtualbox-bin-1.5.4 (license PUEL)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.pick an ebuild which require a license from the 'Category', 'Package', 'Version' views.
2.add this ebuild to a queue and press emerge button
3.when processing this ebuild, the emerge process in the control panel hangs for no obvious reason.

Actual Results:  
emerge process hangs, no message or warning or s.th. like this

Expected Results:  
this situation should be handeled. a message can be shown which points the user to add the required license to ACCEPT_LICENSE in make.conf. this could also be handeled in some kind of gui.
