emerging media-video/motion-3.2.9 doesn't compile with ffmpeg in USE. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86"  emerge -av motion
Actual Results:  
checking size of short int... configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (short int)
