Right, it's an automagic dependency for >=emacs{,-cvs}-22, and we should require it unconditionally.

Unfortunately, net-libs/liblockfile misses one required keyword. I don't want to drop it since this would impose an unnecessary revbump on everyone.

Keyword request filed (bug #203630). This bug will be fixed when we have the keyword for liblockfile, or with the next revbump, whatever will occur earlier.
