For example, I have a symlink /usr/bin/gimp which points to gimp-2.2. When trying to upadte gimp, portage finds this link and says it is a collision, what is not really true, as this link points to file that belongs to the old version of package being upgraded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to upgrade, for example, gimp
Actual Results:  
Big red error message

Expected Results:  
Symlink safely removed
