Awstats installs in / instead of /usr/share/webapps/ (~x86)

1. emerge awstats
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Awstats installs in / instead of /usr/share/webapps/ (~x86)

Expected Results:  
Awstats should be installed in /usr/share/webapps/

Reopen with:

- emerge -pv awstats
- complete emerge log
- emerge --info output.

Please downgrade to portage-2.1.3.19, re-emerge this up and tell me whether it works correctly.

No change, awstats are installed in / again. Returning back to latest portage version.
