Bug 202923 – dev-libs/xerces-c-2.8.0 does not configure due to use of /usr/bin/true

/usr/bin/true does not exist
on gentoo it's in /bin/

this hasn't been tested enough

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.update portage tree
2.emerge xerces-c

Actual Results:

/me kicks jakub between the nuts, did you even read my report?

i synced (more then 12 hours after the supposed fix) and the issue is still there am i missing something?

Chill out, it's still a dupe, notwithstading that the maitainer failed to actually fix it.
