emerge -pv openmotif output, please. # emerge -pv openmotif These are the packages that would be merged, in order: Calculating dependencies... done! [ebuild N ] x11-libs/openmotif-2.3.0 USE="jpeg png -doc -examples -xft" 0 kB Total: 1 package (1 new), Size of downloads: 0 kB reopening, unmerging virtual/xft did not help openmotif ignores USE="-xft", the whole problem here. Has nothing to do w/ portage. Using --disable-xft in configure works, so changing use xft && myconf="${myconf} `use_enable xft`" to just myconf="${myconf} `use_enable xft`" in the ebuild works fine. (In reply to comment #5) > use xft && myconf="${myconf} `use_enable xft`" Yeah, that's completely stupid... Identical issue w/ png and jpeg flags. All fixed. *** Bug 204865 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
