openresolv-1.0 has been released. Ebuild to follow.

This should superceed resolvconf-gentoo.
The dnsmasq ebuild should be adjusted not to install a resolvconf helper as openresolv now ships with one.

Revbumped dnsmasq ebuild. Added openresolv-0.1 to the tree, closing.
