games-strategy/freeciv has been marked to be downgraded to 2.0.9 even though 2.1.1 is the most recent version avaible. I don't know why this like that. Please add 2.1.1 to portage and fix this downgrade proposition.

2.1.1 is there. I'm guessing you only have 2.1.0 in package.keywords?

Uups, sorry! But I don't get why 2.1.0 is masked for downgrade?
/me goes editing /etc/portage/package.keywords...

It was removed after 2.1.1 was added.
